A personal trainer isn't just there to motivate you in the gym, they're also there to educate, guide, and consult. Our ultimate goal is to give our clients the confidence and knowledge to be able to continue pursuing their fitness and health goals once they are finished training with us.
Although most of the clients we see are beginners to the gym, we welcome all clients from any fitness level!
Each package includes

- Each session is approx. 1 hr
This is like the kindergarten of personal training. We start with the absolute basics and work our way up. By the end of this program, you will move better, feel better, look better, and you will have a much greater understanding about what types of fitness strategies work best for you.
- 1 PT session / week
This package is similar to our beginner package, but 2 times as effective. You have the opportunity to see the trainer twice as much. Twice as many sessions means more frequency in the gym, more accountability, and more time to learn as much as possible within the 12 weeks period.
- 2 PT sessions / week
Sessions don't need to come in packages! You can purchase as many or as few as you'd like. Each session is as important to us as it is to you. Whether it's to check your squat form, learn a new lift, or to have someone in the gym to keep you accountable, we will use each session to improve your health and wellness.
It's very difficult for some people to see fitness success on their own. Having someone going through the same journey as you can greatly increase your chances of success. Our group training is designed just for that. Purchase as many sessions as you'd like, grab a partner, and come join us for some excellent workouts.
